Booking and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking and refunds for all tours provided by Italian Natural Tours.
Booking and Refund Policy
To confirm your tour booking, a deposit of 15% of the total tour price is required. The remaining balance is due on the date of the tour, unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy
Full Refund
A 100% refund will be provided for the following tours if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time:
Eternal city tour
Catacombs
Volcanic wine tasting
All Food tours
Partial Refund
A 50% refund will be provided for the following tours if canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time:
Day trips
Vatican
Colosseum
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be made in writing by emailing us at info@italiannaturaltours.com. Please include your name, booking confirmation number, and the date of the tour in your cancellation request
No-Shows
No refunds will be provided for no-shows on the day of the tour.
Changes to Bookings
Any changes to your booking, including date or time changes, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any changes.
Force Majeure
In the event that a tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour for a later date
